someone once converted a big part but it was not finished and went obsolete

what doesn't worth? keep files or remove files? :)

no. main will be 1.0-pre once.
0.90rc4 (today) and 0.90 final (and rc5, but hope not) will be created
from the 0_90

so docs should be updated in 0_90 at least.
dunno about 'main', imho left it as many features will go into that tree
soon and the docs should be updated anyway after sourec tree reordering
so not worth to keep translation in sync there for now.
esp. if the docs will be reorganized (as planned, with new TOC) or converted
