i have vd_clrvid.c locally, i've hacked it few days ago (but doesn't work
yet, i'm in contact with the clearvideo developers, they ported the decoder
to linux but it's buggy yet) and i forgot about it when commited my enw
denoise filter (and so Makefile too)
