[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Inhibit xscreensaver from activating

This patch provides a reasonable alternative to the -stop_xscreensaver
approach. It doesn't simply kill and restart the xss daemon, but only
disables it while mplayer is running. To try it out, run

mplayer -inhibit_xscreensaver

For the performance fanatics: inhibit_xss is disabled by default. When
enabled, it takes about 10-20 msec every 55 seconds, which is fast
enough for me :)

Background info: This prevents mplayer from leaking ALSA fd's to xss.
