[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix rv30 & rv40

Hi!

This patch hopefully fixes playback of most rv30/rv40 files - all I have
(most of what's on mphq/samples) plays allright, rv40 frames are not cut in 
half, and frame dimensions seem to be correctly determined. Sync is perfect, 
as we have come to expect it :]
Of course eg. dogbyte.rm and dt2xx.rm segfaults on uninit, but we shall live 
with it for now - they play well.

imho this is a nice fix both for 0.90 and main.
and please forget about previous patches, this has them all.
