[MPlayer-dev-eng] Patch for libavcodec bug on DEC Alpha

Hi there... just wanted to let you know that I've fixed a bug in one of 
libavcodec's alpha-specific routines that was causing videos to have 
green vertical stripes and/or a green tint.
