[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Dynamic decision of DVD device on Darwin

Hi,

The DVD device on Darwin will in most cases be /dev/rdisk1, but can be 
any higher number, eg. /dev/rdisk2. This patch will enable 
autodetection of the DVD drive, with a fallback to the normal way, in 
case the user specified another device.

The behavior is specific to Darwin in general, not only Mac OS X, so I 
#ifdef'ed for SYS_DARWIN rather than MACOSX.
