[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] add support for sgi files to mencoder

Hi,

The attached patch adds support for -mf decoding sgi of files in mencoder.

ex: 

   Creating a DivX4 file from all the SGI files in the current dir:
     mencoder -mf on:fps=25 -ovc divx4 -o output.avi \*.sgi


The decoder handles grayscale, RGB and RGBA SGI images (rle and uncompressed).
