[MPlayer-dev-eng] 0 bytes block == duplicate previous block?

    Hi,

    from experimentation it looks like mencoder embeds a
    zero-sized video block whenever it outputs "Duplicate 1
    frame(s)!" (AVI file).

    Is that correct?  Are there exceptions I need to be aware of?

    (In case you are wondering, I'm hacking on the DV AVI to raw
    DV converter from libdv.)
