[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] (really) enabling AltiVec inside libavcodec

Hello all,

Attached is a patch that enable use of AltiVec optimisations
in the libavcodec subdirectory. ATM the AltiVec code is
compiled, but is never used, as libavcodec requires
the preprocessor symbol CONFIG_DARWIN to enable
the altivec detection code. This patch add the symbol
if both darwin and altivec are enabled.
