[MPlayer-dev-eng] QuickTime reference file support?

I think the correct thing to do when encountering quicktime reference files is
to get all the referenced files/urls and the play each one of those file in
order as referenced.
Example:
Ref file contains
movie1.mov
movie2.mov
movie3.mov
mplayer should
open ref file and see that it points to other files and then play
movie1.mov
then movie2.mov
and finally movie3.mov
then quit
