Hi,

attached PATCH fixes .asx-Playlists ...

If it was not meant that way extension-parsing should at least be configurable 
by configure ...

But anyway I think 10l to the one, who thought asx is like ASF ...

Btw. I also added mime_type for asx ...

PS: Anyway playlist demuxing is imho atm a real mess, as they don't work 
locally and only with the network code ...
