if you can tell me how to demux mpeg4-es i'll add.
if it's even possible without decoding...

for mpeg 1/2 es i know that a frame may begin with 0x1Bx or 0x100
and ends with any 0x1xx (so read chunks until next 0x1Bx or 0x100)

but afair mpeg4 doesn't use such picture header and slice header ids.
