Someone please commit.

I can confirm this patch fixes displaying on my Cirrus 7548.
Can't test on geforce2 right now, though.
On the other hand, the G400 svgalib driver is totally broken, at least with
MPlayer (with rc2 too). (depending on used bpp, I get either no, or
messed up image)

I saw that on the geforce. I'll take a look at it as soon as I assemble
it into a nearby machine, but to be honest, it may have been only my
imagination - now that I know only 4-8bpp were affected.
