[MPlayer-dev-eng] Chinese DOCS sync with today's cvs

Hi,

A new patch to sync Chinese translation of DOCS with today's cvs.
Please use the patch after apply the previous patch I uploaded to
MPlayer's ftp server yesterday.

I've also made a big diff file(82K) which can apply to cvs directly.
I've upload it to 
ftp.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming/Chinese_DOCS_update/Chinese_DOCS_sync_20030124.tar.bz2
you can use either of them.;)
