It's nice if your wm does not support aspect hints and you want
resizing that keeps aspect.  -vop expand does not preserve aspect
ratio when resizing.  I assume that at some point in the future all
wms might support aspect hints, though..

Naturally this is post 0.90 stuff, but we can discuss it nevertheless.
