Not a critical bug, but my gauss scaler code for spu subtitles was
introducing a column of black pixels at the very right of the screen
on lines where subtitles are displayed. Someone should fix it before
release, but I can't test since my box is dead.

As long as pp=fd is the same algorithm, I vote to remove lavcdeint!

Panscan also has some issues with mga. Zooming all the way out leaves
the size off by a few pixels until you toggle fullscreen. And the
indicator bar doesn't behave quite right.
