[MPlayer-dev-eng] fastmemcpy, disabled by default ?

Reading the configure help, i see that fastmemcpy should be diasbled by
default, because its cause of SIGILL. It isnt.

Line 1082 of actual CVS, we see :(default behaviour for autodetection)
1082:_fastmemcpy=yes
