Hi

this is a patch that removes from the dump the four bytes (currently 
added) indicating the packet size when the original file format is AVI.

The benefit is that when dumping video (especially mpg in avi) you have 
the REAL video stream.

I don't understand why/when adding four extraneous bytes for every 
packet read from the stream can be useful, so
I would extend the patch to the other file formats still treated 
differently: MOV and ASF.
