[MPlayer-dev-eng] Jerky playback

With the latest CVS I get a jerky playback on some mpeg4 videos. I've
uploaded a sample to ftp://ftp.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming/jerky.avi
(1 megabyte). It seems to be the result of the following change, it
does not happen if I back these out:

I'm using vo=xv with nVidia GeForce4-Ti 4200 and the XFree86 nv
driver.
