[MPlayer-dev-eng] bugreports and where they belong to

Hi,

There are again a few bugreports that are send to -dev-eng
instead of where they really belong to.

Please read bugreports.html and try to understand it.
I refuse to answer any bugreport that is send to -dev-eng
and also most that do not contain the necessary information.
