[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] altivec.h checking and cleanup

Hi there,

This patch makes it possible to correctly detect altivec.h 
on my system. It also cleans up the mess in the makefiles.
I've only tested under Linux, please test under OS X and
then apply.
