In play_normal there is a bug, that still unfixed, but solve was
reported some monthes ago.
In uninit and pause used _drain, but I think it's safe to use _drop
(faster reaction on quit and pause).
If using a surround filter this set a float format and many devices not
support it, I wrote some workaround.
According to alsa9 doc's it's must be safe to use 'surround40' and
'surround51' devices in analog mode (if it's not works then it's
alsa9-driver problem).
Alsa9 support _pause mechanism, but it's not used in ao_alsa9? Why?
It works better than _drop.
