[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix for libgif TVT hack detection in configure

Hello,

libgif TVT hack detection was not working because configure
checks for "yes", but sometimes we have "yes (old version,
some encoding functions disabled)". Changed the check to
use "case" instead.

I don't see a configure.in, so i changed configure instead.
