[MPlayer-dev-eng] main->0_90 backporting

Hi,

I've made a diff of 0_90 and main, and commited the trivial changes to the
0_90 tree. Please test 0_90 and report any problems ASAP, otherwise it'll be
released as rc5 in a few days.

Now let's see what left out (not backported):
- spudec.[ch]+vobsub.c changed [what are they good for? stable?]
- swscaler/postprocess cleanups, api (func name) changes, pp move to lavc
- libavcodec changes (including UINT8->uint8_t and fourcc->codec_tag...)
- renaming directory linux/ to osdep/
- that '-identify requires -frames 0' thing (breaks scripts using
  mplayer -identify)
- tdfx_vid
- LINGUAS/--languages changes, manpage install etc
- DOCS changes (doc maintainers: please do it, if needed)
- help/* changes
- vf_expand, vf_scale slices support
- mpeg4-es detection
- latest -geometry/geometry() changes
- vidix/radeon_vid 'ecp_div' patch

if you feel any of the above is important and bugfree/stable/tested enough
for 0.90, tell me asap.
