AFAICS this error message (which comes from the x11 vo) means you are
running in 8 bit colordepth and this is not supported.
As very few people are running in less than 16 bit these days, you'll
probably have to write the missing code yourself (Hmm, it even looks
like only 32bit is supported in BGR mode and everything except 32bit is
supported in RGB mode for BIGENDIAN platforms... Hen desu nee...).
Maybe we should change the error message to say
"%d bit BGR colordepth not supported on big-endian systems, we would
gladly accept your patch implementing this." ? :-)
