It doesn't matter as these are in middle of a string so the shell doesn't
seems to do anything.

It's confilct bcs you can't know if it the old syntax or the new one with
only flags arguments (Just no = sign doesn't mean that it's the new syntax).
Ok that's extrem but it can happend. Either we drop the old syntax completly
from -vf or we have to find a trick.
I vote for -vop stay the same and -vf accept only the new syntax.
The simplest so ;)
