[MPlayer-dev-eng] Patch to position full screen window on TV out

Hi!

If I could vote, I would vote for adopting geometry for x11 fullscreen.
But there is not voting here.
imho adding new golbal commandline options which are only needed by one module 
acts against modularizing/cleaning up mplayer.
