[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] vo_vesa sub device option parsing

It's currently impossible to use this vo config :
-vo vesa:vidix,vesa
It works well with a card with vidix support but fail to open vo on
other cards. The probleme is that vidix_name (used to decide whether to
use vidix or not), was not reinitialized between different vo parsing.

This patch correct this, and also the same probleme for lvo (even if it
don't seem to be used anymore.

Probably to late for 0.90rc5, but maybe... ;-)
