[MPlayer-dev-eng] Patch to position fullscreen window

Hi, here's my patch to position the full screen window under X. I have just 
added -screenxpos/-screenypos parameters. I had hoped to do something more 
sophisticated, say with a "-fsgeometry" parameter, but unfortunately, I do 
not have the time.. Since I thought it would be better to have something, 
rather than nothing, here is the patch
