[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Use CFLAGS when doing tests in configure

This patch enables the use of CFLAGS when doing all tests in configure.
With this applied, some libraries that cannot be compiled with your
flags are automatically disabled.

its better than CFLAGS= "-flags" ./configure,
have errors,
and only recompile with --disable-package.
