Hmm, but that would require a few lines in each X-based vo...
(Well one would do if I do the count in x11_common.c)
And I think it's better to have it fps-independent.

I did not test with multiple files on the commandline, so it did not
happen because the process is forked once at startup and exits after the
main mplayer process. Anyway, it seems to work fine without fork, too.
