[MPlayer-dev-eng] RPMs download location on the MPHQ

Hi.

I finally got to releasing rc5 RPMs but I've noticed one of my mirrors is
down and the other is not listed. I would update dload.html but it seems
impossible to get it out of CVS without modifying the design5/.cvsignore
file and commiting it.
