[MPlayer-dev-eng] [MANPAGE]Chinese manpage is ready

Hi,

I've finish the translation and upload it to 
ftp.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming/Chinese_Manpage/mplayer.1
I've also updated Chinese Docs, here is the patch. All for 0_90 branch, I'll 
upload manpage and Docs update for main branch soon.
