What do you mean? With command line params? Suppose, yes.
With menu? If you got menu working , it should work.
As for me non-still menus are working (You must just guess what button
is highlighted,
by keys:
Here is the default map: ( be sure to hold shift, and it may get
problems with -vo sdl)
K - up
J - down
H - left
L - right
M - call menu
S - select "highlighted" button.

I thought (and experimented) about it. If you can produce unencrypted VOBs,
this files should be enough (I can see them in VIDEO_TS dir on my DVDs):
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS.VOB
VTS_*_0.IFO
VTS_*_0.VOB
and ~ first 5Mb of VTS_01_1.VOB.
tar'red they'll be probably up to 10Mb. If you can upload/put such tars
somewhere,
they'll be examined and experimented with(at least).
