I have been having a look at vidix on sourceforge, and it seems there is
not much to change.

The init function now takes a parameter; most of the other changes are
new defines for things which work on sourceforge and don't in mplayer.

libdha should be modified as well.

I'll have a look and see if I can replace the directories and get it to
compile, but I probably won't know how to fix difficult things.

If I manage to get something running, I'll post results.
