[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Play .ram playlists

Sylvain,

Would be really nice if the playlist option did not have to be specified... As 
things like mplayerplug-in don't know if something is a playlist or not...

So being able to do mplayer http://www.bbc.co.uk/6music/ram/dsatg2.ram is a 
win for me.
