Ehhhhhhh ;-)
Imho STREAMING is a bad name even both for mplayer and liblame.
mplayer should have used eg MPLAYER_STREAMING (or something similar) and
liblame eg LIBLAME_STREAMING :) Or whatever :) But we should rewrite
liblame (under the name of libla) ;-)))))
