On May 1 and then again on May 6, I submitted a patch to
change the format of time display in non-GUI audio-only mode
from pure seconds to hh:mm:ss.f, but I haven't seen any
reaction. The first time, I had omitted "[PATCH]" in the
subject line. Both times, my mailer (mutt) refused to
encode the attachment as base64. If base64 encoding is a
mandatory requirement, I'd be happy to encode it and send
it, but neither of the mailers I use (/bin/mail and mutt)
appear to be able to force an "attachment" in base64.
