Why not load the qtmlclient.dll from the directory of mplayer ?
If a qtmlclient.dll already exists on the system, our qtmlclient.dll
will be loaded instead. No need to check at all.

Note : on ten machines I tested, the only thing needed is to have
correctly installed QuickTime and qtmlclient in C:\windows\system for
now.

dont do that...
- not all people install in C:\cygwin.
- c:/ syntax is old, better use /cygdrive/c

This is not true for Quicktime, since their libaries lives into
C:\Program Files\Quicktime or whereever the user installed it.
