Hi,

I've commit lot of patches, the remaining are the following:

PATCH: fullscreen issues with GUI, WM layers, gmplayer plays first file
always twice
[PATCH] two small fixes for vo_xv
Pontscho, please have a look at these!

[PATCH] dvb-input module fixes
Albeu...

[PATCH] some support for NV12 and NV21 imageformat
I like this, but Michael should review and apply he swscale part.

Shout if I left out something!

Some of the help_mp files are really outdated, so updates are welcomed,
else the really outdated translations will be left out of the next
release.
