no not really, so i changed it to look like the rest

Thoose two have now been added, so the following drivers should support
"Stay on top", "(U)" means I haven't tested them.
xvidix (U), gl, gl2, x11, xv,xover (U), dxr2 (U), dxr3 (U), xmga (U), xvmc 
(U).
SDL is out of my reach!

And as "LR" requested there is now an OSD message when the shorkey 'T'
is pushed ("Stay on top: dis/en-abled").

Made against todays CVS...
