[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] -vo vesa vm86 segfault

Hi,

    attached please find a patch against the lrmi code used by mplayer. The
problem is that mplayer segfaults when I'm trying to use -vo vesa on my
laptop, running RH8. I've seen similar reports from other guys. The problem
was a pthreads & lrmi issue and not the compiler issue as mentioned on the
doc pages... The patch was stollen from the RH kudzu, so thanks goes to Bill
Nottingham of RedHat.
