	For what it's work the cvs version of faad2 is once again
	buildable without manually tweeking the config files.   Might
	be a good idea to do a cvs update now before it breaks again :)

	I've never had a problem building mplayer or ffmpeg with the
	external faad2 so that's what I've been using rather than the
	internal/bundled version.
