[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] vidix_control patches for fbdev, svga, vesa

Hi,

    these patches adds missing code, so vidix_control are called again (so
we are able to call vidix equalizer). The code was broken since mid of 2002,
due to the changes in the vidix itself.

    These patches are similar to xvidix control code, and just a copy&paste.
Vesa stuff was tested.
