mplayer 
compilation 
with 2.6 
kernel   
headers. 
Status :   
   
-vo fbdev 
is buggy. 
OSD is 
flickering   
-vo fbdev2 
is very 
good but 
it leaves 
some parts 
of last 
frame on 
console 
when   
mplayer 
exists.   
   
These can 
be mplayer 
bugs or 
kernel 
bugs. 
Dunno. If 
you can 
test 
please   
report. 
And I am 
not 
wealthy 
enough to 
have a 
Matrox 
card. So 
If you run 
2.6   
kernel and 
have a 
Matrox 
card. 
Please 
test.
