[MPlayer-dev-eng] Realaudio 28.8 is broken

Hi all!

Playing Realaudio 28.8 with libavcodec is broken (this is the default  
decoder). This happens both with realaudio.c and real.c demuxers.

lavc decoder expects a buffer with size nBlockSize * sub_packet_h,  
while ad_ffmpeg.c gives it a buffer of nBlockSize bytes.
I was not able to fix it, neither by forcing sh_audio_minsize in  
preinint or init, nor doing tricks with nBlocksize :(

Ok to flag it as crashing, so that our native codecs is selected  
instead?
Else, someone who know demuxers better than me should try to fix it.
