[MPlayer-dev-eng] mplayerd - A daemon to control mplayer

Noticed the subject of "Communicating with mplayer" came up and figured
now is better than any time to tell everyone about mplayerd. mplayerd is
a threaded daemon written to control mplayer from a command prompt. It
listens on TCP port 7400 and accepts a variety of commands such as
play/pause/stop/fullscreen/osd/etc.
