[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] UYVY output support in swscaler

Hi,

attached a patch which does uyvy output support in swscaler to fill in a
gap ;)

Michael, could you please apply the MMX optimized code as in
yuvPlanartoyuy2? Or feel free to rework it, but uyvy out support is
needed well.
