[MPlayer-dev-eng] [BUG] libdha mem access method fallback fails

VGA device detection won't work if libdha is compiled with svgalib_helper
support, AND svgalib_helper can't be loaded (either missing /dev/svga, or
no kernel module).

Vidix drivers will print "Can't find chip".

It seems the svga->dhahelper->memaccess fallback isn't complete, or doesn't
work.
