[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Fix libdha fallback

Hello,
Some days ago, Gabuchino noticed, that libdha can't fallback
to memaccess, if it's compiled with svgalib_ehlper support, and that
 module can't be accessed.

Attached patch hopefully fixes this problem.
Is it OK to commit?
